True Religion Apparel closes term loan, revolver via Second Avenue

Los Angeles, Aug. 23 – True Religion Apparel, Inc. closed a new term loan and revolving credit facility with Second Avenue Capital Partners as arranger, revolver agent, revolver lender and term loan lender, according to a press release.

Proceeds from the new credit facility will be used to refinance existing debt, support ongoing working capital needs and provide liquidity to meet the company’s long-term growth plans.

Details of the new facility were not disclosed in the press release.

Vernon, Calif.-based True Religion is a denim and sportswear brand.
