Des Moines, April 5 - Troy Resources NL completed a private placement of shares for A$12.09 million.
The company sold 3.9 million shares to institutional investors in Australia and overseas for A$3.10 per share.
Bell Potter Securities Ltd. was the agent.
Proceeds will be used for working capital.
Troy is a resource exploration company based in West Perth, Australia.
