T. Rowe Price International Bond Fund adds Rothery as co-manager

San Diego, Nov. 1 - T. Rowe Price International Funds, Inc. announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has made portfolio management changes to its T. Rowe Price International Bond Fund.

Effective Nov. 1, Christopher J. Rothery will become the fund's co-portfolio manager as well as co-chairman of the fund's investment advisory committee.

He joins Ian D. Kelson, who has been the sole portfolio manager and sole chairman of the investment advisory committee since 2001.

Baltimore-based T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. is the investment adviser to the fund.
