Triumph holders may continue to convert 2.625% notes through June

Chicago, April 6 - Triumph Group, Inc. said its 2.625% convertible senior subordinated notes due 2026 remain convertible through June 30.

The notes remain convertible because the company's stock closed at or above 130% of the conversion price for 20 out of 30 consecutive trading days ending March 31.

The company's shares (NYSE: TGI) closed at $87.68 on April 5.

The notes became convertible on Jan. 1 and were convertible through March 31.

Triumph's stock closed at $91.89 on Jan. 3.

Triumph is a Wayne, Pa.-based designer, engineer, manufacturer and repairer of aircraft components and accessories.
