Moody’s downgrades Trinity Plus to A2

Moody's Investors said it downgraded the counterparty rating of Trinity Plus Funding Co. to A2 from A1.

Moody’s said the action was prompted by its downgrade of the senior unsecured debt rating of General Electric Co. to A2.
