New Issue: Bajaj Finance sells Rs. 10.25 billion of 7.62% three-year notes

Chicago, June 14 – India’s Bajaj Finance Ltd. priced Rs. 10.25 billion of 7.62% secured redeemable debentures due June 15, 2020 on Tuesday.

Bajaj issued 10,250 debentures at par of Rs. 1 million each in a private placement, according to a Bombay Stock Exchange notice.

The notes will be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of the BSE Ltd.

The issuer is a Pune, India-based company with a focus on consumer finance, small- and medium-sized enterprise finance, commercial lending and investment services.
