Trico Marine Services price talk 8 ¾%-9%, pricing Wednesday afternoon

St. Louis, Mo., May 21 - Official price talk is 8¾%-9% on Trico Marine Services' $250 million of 10-year senior notes (B1 expected/B), according to a syndicate source who added that the deal is expected to price Wednesday afternoon.

Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns & Co. are joint bookurnners.

The Rule 144A notes are non-callable for five years.

Proceeds will be used to refinance Trico's 8½% senior notes due Aug. 1, 2005.

The Houston-based company provides marine support services to oil and gas industry.
