Moody's: Treofan PD rating Ca/LD

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the probability-of-default rating of Treofan to Ca/LD from Ca.

The outlook remains negative.

The action reflects Treofan's failure to make the Aug. 1 interest payment on its 11% second-lien notes due 2013 within the 30-day grace period, according to the agency.
