New York, Nov. 7 – Baidu, Inc. is offering two tranches of U.S. dollar-denominated notes, the company said in a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are joint bookrunners for the Securities and Exchange Commission-registered deal.

Proceeds from the notes will go toward repaying existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
