China's Baidu to issue dollar notes with two banks

Atlanta, June 3 - China's Baidu Inc. is planning to issue dollar-denominated notes with bookrunners J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, according to a company filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The proceeds from the deal will be used for general corporate purposes.

The notes include a make-whole call.

Baidu is a Chinese-language internet search provider based in Beijing.
