New Issue: JPMorgan prices $793,000 9.65% autocallable yield notes linked to Baidu

New York, Feb. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $793,000 of autocallable yield notes due Jan. 22, 2026 linked to the American Depositary Shares of Baidu, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive an annual coupon of 9.65%, paid monthly.

The securities will be called automatically at par starting July 16, 2024 and on subsequent monthly review dates if the price of the stock is greater than or equal to its initial price.

If the stock finishes at or above its 60% trigger price, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise investors will lose 1% loss for every 1% that the stock declines.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
