Moody’s turns Baidu view to stable

Moody’s Investors Service said it changed Baidu Inc.’s outlook to stable from positive and affirmed its A3 issuer and senior unsecured ratings.

Moody’s changed the outlook because it believes Baidu’s management remains committed to a credit profile consistent with its A3 ratings and prefers to keep its excess financial capacity and balance sheet flexibility, according to Lina Choi, a Moody’s senior vice president, in a press release.
