Veronis Suhler Stevenson gets financing commitments in $185 million acquisition of Tranzact

New York, Oct. 4 - Bank of Montreal, Bank of Ireland and CIT Group, Inc. have committed to providing financing for Veronis Suhler Stevenson's acquisition Tranzact for $185 million from Halyard Capital, according to a news release.

Veronis Suhler Stevenson is a private equity firm that invests buyout and structured capital funds in the media, communications, information and education industries in North America and Europe.

Based in Fort Lee, NJ, Tranzact provides end-to-end technology-driven customer acquisition services to the financial services and media and telecommunications sectors.
