Columbus, Ohio, March 16 - Transportadora de Gas Internacional SA ESP priced a $750 million offering of 5.7% 10-year notes (Baa3/BB/BB+) at par, according to a syndicate source.
Price talk was for a yield of 5 7/8%.
Citigroup and Credit Suisse are the bookrunners for the Bucaramanga, Colombia-based natural gas company's deal.
Proceeds will be used to fund the company's current tender offers on its notes maturing in 2017.
The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes come with five years of call protection.
