S&P rates Transportadora de Gas del Peru notes BBB

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its BBB corporate credit rating to Transportadora de Gas del Peru SA and assigned a BBB rating to the company's proposed 15-year senior unsecured notes for up to $1 billion.

The outlook is stable.

S&P's ratings on the company reflect its "satisfactory" business risk profile and "intermediate" financial risk profile.
