Fitch revises views on several Brazilian corporates

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlook for the international long-term ratings of several Brazilian corporates to negative from stable following this week's Brazil's sovereign rating outlook revision to negative from stable.

The outlook revision to negative for these issuers results from their exposure to Brazil's country ceiling or their direct linkage to the country's sovereign ratings.

The companies are Petroleo Brasileiro SA, Centrais Eletricas Brasileiras SA, Rumo SA and Rede D'Or Sao Luiz SA, Aegea Saneamento e Participacoes SA, Energisa Sergipe - Distribuidora de Energia SA, Companhia de Gas de Sao Paulo – Comgas, Energisa SA, Companhia de Saneamento Basico do Estado de Sao Paulo (Sabesp), Cosan SA, Globo Comunicacao e Participacoes SA, Transmissora Alianca de Energia Eletrica SA, Ache Laboratorios Farmaceuticos SA, Energisa Paraiba - Distribuidora de Energia S/A, Raizen Combustiveis SA, Raizen Energia S/A, Cielo SA, Engie Brasil Energia SA, MRS Logistica SA, Alupar Investimento SA, Eletropaulo Metropolitana Eletricidade de Sao Paulo SA, Hidrovias do Brasil SA, Cosan Ltd., Energisa Minas Gerais - Distribuidora de Energia S/A and Localiza Rent a Car SA.

Fitch affirmed all of the companies’ long-term ratings.
