National Bank of Canada decreases stake to 4.8% in Transmeta

Philadelphia, Dec. 12 - National Bank of Canada decreased its investment to 4.8% in Transmeta Corp. as of Dec. 3, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 584,463 shares.

Those holdings are down from the passive stake of 5.9%, or 717,845 shares, reported on Nov. 10.

Transmeta is a Santa Clara, Calif., company that develops computing, microprocessor and semiconductor technologies and related intellectual property.
