BAG Films & Media aims to sell up to $30 million in convertible bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 4 - BAG Films & Media Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved a proposal at a board of directors meeting on Oct. 31 to issue up to $30 million in foreign currency convertible bonds.

The company also is considering Global Depositary Receipts.

BAG Films & Media is New Delhi-based media and entertainment company.
