TransDigm to redeem 6% senior subordinated notes due 2022

Los Angeles, Oct. 29 – TransDigm Group Inc. said it plans to redeem all of its outstanding 6% senior subordinated notes due 2022 using proceeds from an offering of new senior subordinated notes.

The new notes will be issued through wholly owned subsidiary TransDigm Inc.

Remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

TransDigm is a Cleveland-based designer, producer and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components for use on commercial and military aircraft.
