New York, June 18 - Transcreditbank (Ba1/BB) priced $350 million of three-year loan participation senior notes at 9%, according to a market source.
The deal came at the tight end of talked of between 9% and 9¼%.
Dresdner Kleinwort and JPMorgan acted as bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
Transcredit is a Moscow-based retail and commercial bank.
