Trade Street to price public stock sale at $11.00 to $13.00 per share

Deal funds acquisitions, general corporate, working capital purposes

Knoxville, Tenn., April 22 - Trade Street Residential, Inc. said it plans to price a public sale of stock. The deal will have a greenshoe.

The company will sell 6.25 million common shares at a price that is expected to be between $11.00 and $13.00 per share. The company will offer an additional 937,500 shares as part of the greenshoe.

Sandler O'Neill + Partners, LP is the bookrunner, and BB&T Capital Markets, Janney Montgomery Scott, Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., Oppenheimer & Co. and Wunderlich Securities will be co-managers.

Proceeds will be used to buy out joint venture partners, for pending acquisitions and general corporate and working capital purposes, including acquisitions, debt repayment and capital improvements.

The real estate investment trust is based in Aventura, Fla. It expects its shares to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol "TSRE."
