Malaysia's Tracoma investors OK restructuring RM 100 million bonds

Chicago, Jan. 20 - Tracoma Holdings Bhd. said holders approved restructuring the company's RM 100 million Islamic serial bonds on Friday.

The bonds were split into four tranches of RM 25 million with maturities of between four and seven years. The bonds were originally issued in two tranches of RM 50 million with maturities of four and five years.

Tracoma is an investment holding company for the provision of management services based in Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
