New Issue: Taiwan’s TPK Touch issues RMB 500 million 5.1% one-year bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., July 26 – TPK Holding Co., Ltd. announced that subsidiary TPK Touch Solutions (Xiamen) Inc. issued to RMB 500 million of short-term corporate bonds.

The one-year bonds carry a coupon of 5.1%, or 12-month Shibor plus 205.9 basis points.

Bank of China is the underwriter.

Based in Taipei, Taiwan, TPK makes capacitative touch technology products used in smartphones and tablets.
