Thailand’s TPI Polene plans to offer up to 25 billion baht debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., March 4 – TPI Polene PCL is proposing to issue up to 25 billion baht of debentures, according to a company notice.

The debentures will have a maturity of up to seven years.

The debentures may be denominated in baht or any other currencies.

The proposed issuance is subject to shareholders’ approval.

TPI Polene is a cement manufacturer based in Bangkok.
