Omaha, April 7 - Toyota Motor Credit Corp. priced $100 million of floating-rate medium-term notes Monday at par to yield Federal Funds rate plus 40 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes (Aaa/AAA) will pay interest quarterly.
Wachovia Capital Securities LLC was the agent.
The U.S. arm of Toyota Financial Services is based in Torrance, Calif.
