New Issue: Toyota prices $140 million floaters to yield Libor minus 6 bps

New York, Oct. 12 - Toyota Motor Credit Corp. priced $140 million of floating-rate notes due Nov. 17, 2008, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes bear interest at Libor minus 6 basis points, reset quarterly.

Williams Capital Group, LP is the agent.
