New Issue: Toyota prices $100 million notes at par to yield 5.2% via Morgan Stanley

New York, Oct. 11 - Toyota Motor Credit Corp. priced a $100 million issue of medium-term series B notes due Oct. 29, 2010 at par via Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will accrue at 5.2% per year.

The notes are callable at par on any interest payment date beginning Oct. 29, 2009.
