Knoxville, Tenn., June 11 – Toyota Motor Credit Corp. sold another $25 million of 0.5% three-year notes, lifting the total to $205 million from $180 million, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes priced at par on June 4.
The notes are callable at par on June 14, 2023.
Toyota Motor Credit is a Torrance, Calif.-based financing arm and subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corp.
