Moody's rates Toyota notes Ba1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba1 global local-currency senior debt rating to Toyota Compañía Financiera Argentina's third bond issuance of up to 64.5 million Argentinean peso in size, which will be due in 21 months.

At the same time, on the national scale, Moody's Latin America assigned an Aaa.ar local-currency debt rating to the issuance.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's national-scale ratings are intended as relative measures of creditworthiness among debt issues and issuers within a country, enabling market participants to better differentiate relative risks, the agency said.
