Moody's rates Toyota Argentina notes Ba1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba1 global local-currency debt rating to Toyota Compania Financiera Argentina's fifth expected issuance worth up to $50 million in Argentine peso with a maturity of 270 days.

Moody's also said it assigned an Aaa.ar national scale local-currency debt rating to the fifth expected issuance.

The outlook is stable.

The national scale ratings are intended as relative measures of creditworthiness among debt issues and issuers within a country, enabling market participants to better differentiate relative risks, the agency said.
