Moody's affirms Tower Bersama

Moody's Investors Service said it confirmed the Ba2 corporate family rating of Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk with a stable outlook.

Moody's said the confirmation reflects its view that the acquisition of Indosat's towers can be accommodated within the parameters of Tower Bersama's Ba2 rating.
