Touchstone Mid Cap Fund changes fees, swaps subadviser

San Diego, Dec. 8 - The board of trustees of Touchstone Funds Group Trust approved on Nov. 17 a change of the subadviser and advisory fees for the Touchstone Mid Cap Fund.

As of Dec. 8, the fund's subadviser is London Co. of Virginia. The previous subadviser was Turner Investment Partners, Inc.

London Company's Stephen Goddard, Jonathan Moody, J. Wade Stinnette, J. Brian Campbell and Mark E. DeVaul now manage the fund.

Also as of Dec. 8, the fund will now pay the adviser, Enfield, Conn.-based Touchstone Advisors, Inc., a fee of 0.8% on the first $500 million of assets, 0.75% on assets from $500 million to $1 billion and 0.7% on assets over $1 billion. Previously, the fund paid Touchstone a flat 0.8% of average net assets.
