New Issue: TD Bank prices $4.26 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 11 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $4.26 million of 0% digital notes due April 8, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 7.82%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
