New Issue: TD Bank details $1 billion of three-year floaters at SOFR plus 48 bps

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 23 – Toronto-Dominion Bank gave additional details of its $1 billion of three-year floating-rate senior medium-term notes, series C, (Aa3/A) that priced on Wednesday, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As previously reported, the notes were sold at par and bear interest at SOFR plus 48 basis points.

Initial price talk was in the SOFR plus low 60 bps area.

TD Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are the bookrunners.

The bank and financial services company is based in Toronto.
