New Issue: TD Bank prices $3.71 million leveraged capped buffered notes on MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 31 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $3.71 million of 0% leveraged capped buffered notes due May 24, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.7 times any gain, capped at $1,374 per $1,000 principal amount. If the index declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1.1756% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
