New Issue: TD Bank prices $2.91 million leveraged capped notes on S&P

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 23 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $2.91 million of 0% leveraged capped notes due Jan. 13, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times any gain, capped at $1,287.40 per $1,000 principal amount. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines.
