New Issue: TD Bank prices $5.73 million leveraged capped buffered notes on S&P

Chicago, Nov. 27 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $5.73 million of 0% leveraged capped buffered notes due Dec. 23, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain, capped at $1,094.50 per $1,000 principal amount. If the index declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
