New Issue: TD Bank prices $1.36 million digital notes due 2021 linked to MSCI EAFE

Olympia, Wash., July 19 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $1.36 million of 0% digital notes due July 14, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be $1,113.30 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
