Olympia, Wash., July 15 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $10 million of callable step-up notes due July 16, 2031, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 3.1% initially, stepping up to 3.5% on July 16, 2028. Interest is payable semiannually.
The notes are callable at par on any quarterly call date starting July 16, 2021.
The payout at maturity will be par.
