Toronto-Dominion to price notes due 2024 via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., June 5 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price dollar-denominated series C senior medium-term notes due 2024 (Aa1/AA-/AA-), according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are non-callable.

TD Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

The bank and financial services company is based in Toronto.
