TD Bank plans to price digital index-linked notes tied to MSCI EAFE

Olympia, Wash., April 29 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% digital index-linked notes due in 21 to 24 months linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 87.5% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be between $1,106 and $1,124.30 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond 12.5%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.

The Cusip number is 89114QN61.
