TD Bank plans to price digital index-linked notes tied to Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., April 29 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% digital index-linked notes due in 25 to 28 months linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be between $1,171.50 and $1,201.20 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
TD Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
The Cusip number is 89114QN53.
