TD Bank plans leveraged buffered notes due 2022 tied to Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., April 8 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes due May 4, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus between 242% and 252% of the index gain. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on April 30.

The Cusip number is 89114QK80.
