TD Bank plans capped leveraged buffered notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 13 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% capped leveraged buffered notes due Dec. 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the gain, capped at par plus 11.7% to 13.7%. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond 10%.
TD Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Dec. 28 and settle on Jan. 3.
The Cusip number is 89114QFR4.
