TD Bank to price leveraged capped buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 9 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% leveraged capped buffered notes with a term of 16 to 19 months linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 140% times the index gain, capped at $1,154.56 to $1,181.30 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
TD Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
