TD Bank plans leveraged buffered notes due 2020 on iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Sept. 14 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes due Sept. 29, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $$1,205 to $1,245 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% or each 1% decline beyond 10%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 25.

The Cusip number is 89114QQY7.
