New Issue: TD Bank sells $1 million leveraged capped buffered notes on EAFE ETF

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 2 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $1 million of leveraged capped buffered notes due Aug. 6, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the fund return, subject to a maximum payment of $1,247.50 per $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
