TD Bank plans 25- to 28-month digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., July 6 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% digital notes with a term of 25 to 28 months linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is at least 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be $1,175.60 to $1,206.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.

The Cusip number is 89114QPH5.
