New Issue: TD Bank sells $2.92 million leveraged market-linked notes on EAFE ETF

Columbus, Ohio, June 6 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $2.92 million of market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation and contingent downside due June 5, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 133% of the ETF return.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to the decline if the ETF falls by more than 30%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the agents.
