Toronto-Dominion Bank to price two-year callable step-up notes

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 9 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price callable step-up notes due Jan. 31, 2020, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be 1.75% initially, stepping up to 2% on July 31, 2018, to 2.5% on Jan. 31, 2019 and to 3% on July 31, 2019. Interest will be payable quarterly.

The notes will be callable in whole at par quarterly beginning on April 30.

The payout at maturity will be par.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 26 and settle on Jan. 31.

The Cusip number is 89114QKP2.
